Dr. Diana Pang Wins Shock Society Award for Early Scientists

 

Safar Center T32 Fellow Dr. Diana Pang was recently awarded the 2015 Shock Society Research Investigator’s Award for Early Scientists. The award was created to recognize and support new research in trauma, shock, and sepsis by trainees who intend to become independent investigators. Dr. Pang’s proposal, titled “Using Plasma Neuron Specific Enolase Levels to Diagnose Brian Injury In Pediatric Sepsis— A Pilot Study “was chosen from 13 other submissions in an extremely competitive selection process. Dr. Pang is working under the mentorship of Dr. Raj Aneja. Join us in congratulating her on this fantastic achievement!
