PEDIATRIC NEUROANESTHESIA, NEUROCRITICAL CARE, RESUSCITATION AND REHABILITATION: ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE CNS
This year, we are pleased to announce that the annual Safar Symposium will be taking place in the Safar Center’s new home at the Rangos Research Center at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, from May 22-23rd, 2017. The program for this year’s conference logically has a pediatric focus related to the relocation. Please visit the Safar Symposium webpage for details on the location, registration and the scientific program. Space is limited so it is important for you to register if you plan to attend.
Linked to the program, the Peter & Eva Safar Annual Lectureship in Medical Sciences and Humanities will be presented by Donna M. Ferriero, MD, MSc, the W.H. & Marie Wattis Distinguished Professor & Chair, and the Department of Pediatrics Physician-in-Chief UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, San Francisco, CA. Dr. Ferriero is one of the pioneers in the development of neonatal neocritical care.
